The Rivya Partnership

Recruitment Process Consulting

Is the process helping the organisation decide well?

We review how an organisation hires, and improve the parts that affect the quality of the decision rather than the speed of the administration.

The business problem

The question before the appointment.

Recruitment processes are usually measured on time and cost. Neither tells a board whether the right person was appointed for the right reasons.

We look at the process as a decision system: what evidence is gathered, who weighs it, and how consistently. Then we redesign the parts that are not doing useful work.

What it includes

The work itself.

  • Process review and diagnostic
  • Assessment and interview design
  • Hiring manager effectiveness
  • Candidate experience review
  • Decision-making and scoring frameworks
  • Recruitment governance

Frequently asked questions

The questions clients raise most often before we begin. If yours is not here, ask it directly and you will get a straight answer rather than a proposal.

Do you replace an internal talent team?
No. We work with internal teams to strengthen the process they own.
What does a process review involve?
We map the current process end to end, interview hiring managers and recent candidates, review the evidence gathered at each stage and report on what to change.
How long does a review take?
Usually four to six weeks, depending on hiring volume and the number of business units involved.
Do you train hiring managers?
Yes. Interview and assessment training is often the fastest route to better decisions once the framework is in place.
Will you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We design around the applicant tracking system you already use rather than recommending a replacement.
